5. DECLINED OR FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment is declined, verify the billing information or contact the card issuer or payment provider. We cannot override a bank or payment provider’s authorization decision.

We may request additional verification or cancel an order when payment information cannot be verified or when unauthorized or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

If a canceled order was charged, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
