BRIGHTON MISFIT sells home fitness equipment and workout accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately.
Colors and details may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Product packaging or minor design details may change without affecting the product’s primary function.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit product quantities or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax, if required by law, will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or typographical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
We may cancel or limit an order because of product availability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inaccurate customer information, or other reasonable business or legal concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. PAYMENT
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. Payment methods available during checkout may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Available payment methods may vary by device, location, or checkout configuration. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are accepted.
7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To request an order change or cancellation, contact info@brightonmisfit.com within 24 hours after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Refund Policy.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
Standard shipping is free and costs $0. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–6 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 4–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
For a confirmed damaged product, quality issue, or wrong item, BRIGHTON MISFIT will cover the authorized return shipping cost. These issues must be reported within 3 days after delivery.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges.

You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, assembly instructions, safety warnings, weight limits, and maintenance recommendations.
